Customer Portal and External UserServices

Peraso provide certain customer-facingservices through self-hosted collaboration and development platforms, includingNextcloud and Gitea. These services may include secure document exchange,customer portals, project collaboration, software repositories, ticketing,issue tracking, technical documentation, and related support functions.

When you access or use these services, wemay collect and process information including:

Account registration details (such as name,organization, email address, and username)

Authentication and login information

Files, repositories, comments, messages,tickets, and collaboration content you submit

System usage information, including IPaddresses, browser/device information, timestamps, and audit logs

These platforms are self-hosted oninfrastructure controlled by us or by authorized service providers acting onour behalf. As a result, customer data is generally not processed or hosteddirectly by the upstream software vendors. Nextcloud specifically notes thatits self-hosted architecture is designed to support organizational privacy,security, and regulatory compliance objectives.

We use commercially reasonableadministrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect customerinformation, including access controls, encryption, backup procedures, logging,and system monitoring. However, no electronic storage or transmission methodcan be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users are responsible for:

Using the services in accordance withapplicable laws and contractual requirements
